"America is known as the land of opportunity" and Ning experienced this when she first came to the country. The first thing she learned was the accounting system-- then she was trained in home lending, as well as, real estate and taxes. She has witnessed the good times and now the hard times of housing. She has dealt with the indifference of the banking system when she was trying to save her home. Because of her painful experiences, she devoted money and time to learn the bank guidelines, procedures and government housing programs. She researched and studied the options available even in the worst situations in order to help everyone she could that was facing the same situation of possibly losing their home. She promised herself to help other people especially her "kababayans" to provide the best of her and her colleagues knowledge to help them understand the complexities of the housing market.
